Global Product Manager - Svensson

The Global Product Manager - Climate Technologies will become responsible to drive innovation, business development and market impact in Humidity Control and ClimaFlow products. In this strategic-operational and multidisciplinary role, you connect various stakeholders and oversee the full innovation process - from idea to post-launch - validating business cases and driving successful market introductions. Your key responsibilities include;

• proven ability to lead cross functional teams without formal authority, aligning stakeholders and turning strategic direction into clear tasks, owners and timelines,
• lead the development and execution of product roadmaps that anticipate market threats and seize new opportunities,
• forecast future sales, margins and profits to ensure sustainable growth and brand value,
• champion NPD projects, ensuring they meet targets and are delivered on plan through teamwork, competence and effective leadership,
• get buy-in from the Global MT for the allocation of resources, based on clear value propositions and business cases,
• track sales results and customer insights and implement improvements,  
• grow, maintain and prune the product portfolio of Humidity Control and ClimaFlow products.

You dedicate significant time with growers, business partners and suppliers to deeply understand market needs and trends. You play a coordinating and impactful role in the collaboration between these external stakeholders and internal colleagues such as Sales & Climate Consultants, Marketing, R&D, Project Management and two Product Managers.
It’s a mobile key position where, in addition to working from home, you will visit international prospects, suppliers & fairs and operate from both production sites in Hellevoetsluis and Bleiswijk. You report directly to the CCO and will work closely with the GM ClimaFlow.

• Minimum of 5 years of successful international B2B product management cq  business development experience.
• Technical Bachelor or Master’s degree and affinity with horticulture.
• Open to new opportunities, analytical and capable of translating strategy into operational execution.
• Ambitious, target oriented and familiar with CRM tools.
• Strong communicator, connector and problem solver; managing cross-functional NPD-projects from start to finish.
• Natural relationship manager, persistent, persuasive and comfortable in international entrepreneurial hands-on environment(s).
• Living in the Netherlands, fluent in Dutch and English and willing to travel (20-30%).
